Not all of these wonderful hotels are located directly in Waterloo, Iowa so be careful of the specific locations
Econo Lodge Inn & Suites
- Price: ~$42
- Luxuries: Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, free breakfast, free parking, and A/C
- Location: 226 W. 5th St., Waterloo, IA, 50701, US
- If you are looking for the cheapest of the cheap in Waterloo, Iowa… Look no more you found the cheapest possible hotel I could find
- Sure it may be cheap… However, there is a quality here, I assure you. They may not have as many points in quality as the other hotels featured in this list though
- As far as cheap hotels in Waterloo, Iowa, this will be your absolute cheapest if you can even get it!
- If you are looking for pure comfort, you probably don’t want to choose The Econo Lodge as there are far more comfortable options on this list
Days Inn by Wyndham Cedar Falls – University Plaza
- Price: ~$45
- Luxuries: Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, complimentary breakfast, free parking, indoor pool and they’re pet friendly
- Location: 5924 University Ave, Cedar Falls, IA 50613
- This hotel is just a few dollars more than the cheapest on the list and is pet friendly!
- This hotel might be my favorite because to me this is perfect in terms of the ratio between condition and price
- Speaking of Cheap hotels in Waterloo, Iowa this is the second cheapest on the list with a minute amount of increased condition from the first one
- If I had to recommend one single hotel on this list, it would probably be the Days Inn but that’s because I tend to be on the cheaper side
- The Syle of the Days Inn in my opinion may be the best on the list. By style I mean, they have an indoor pool! I’m semi-kidding here, seriously speaking the style is unique compared to many of the hotels I have been to. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!
Motel 6
- Price: ~$60
- Luxuries: Free Wi-Fi, golf, free parking, A/C, golf and they’re pet friendly
- Location: 2343 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703
- The good ol’ Motel 6, I’m sure we can dispense with the knowledge about the expectations of this
- This is a typical Motel 6, with typical “luxuries” with the exception of golf in this case
- This may be my least favorite on the list. While yes it may be the 3rd cheapest, it doesn’t live up to a good standard of condition compared to the others near this price point
- In terms of cheap hotels in Waterloo, Iowa, the Motel 6 does at least moderately well in terms of the amount of luxury, and comfortability
Boarders Inn & Suites by cobblestone Hotels
- Price: ~$78
- Luxuries: Free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, free parking, A/C, they’re pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible
- Location: 1825 La Porte Rd, Waterloo, IA 50702
- The good ol’ Boarders Inn… This place is fabulous don’t get me wrong but it would be my second least favorite on the list in terms of overall price to comfortability
- The Boarders Inn may be the best on the list in terms of friendly nature. The nature of this place can be quite outstanding
- In terms of cheapest hotels in Waterloo, Iowa this isn’t going to be the cheapest… however, it’s a radiating choice if you desire a little bit more comfort than usual
- The rooms do have refrigerators and if you are looking for an outside water park, you’ll only be 5 minutes away from one.
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson
- Price: ~$82
- Luxuries: Free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, fitness center, free parking, an indoor pool, and a hot tub
- Location: 4025 Hammond Ave, Waterloo, IA 50702
- Last but not least we have the stunning Country Inn & Suites by Radisson!
- If you want comfort with what some people would consider an okay price I would highly recommend The Country Inn
- You’ll most likely have an elegantly wonderful time over here
- The indoor pool has windows and chairs around it. This is my favorite spot to lounge throughout The Country Inn
- I would call this the fanciest place to stay on the list by quite a large margin. If you don’t mind spending the money for it, I would recommend it a lot in terms of overall comfort and satiating environment
